Fees

It is customary to pay for veterinary services upon their completion unless previous arrangements have been made. For your convenience, we accept personal checks, cash, money orders, as well as Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.

In an emergency situation, we will attempt to give an accurate estimate of the total bill. If for any reason the expenses start to exceed the estimate, the owners will be notified. You may be asked for a deposit before emergency surgery or intensive care, and balances are due when your animal is discharged. A payment schedule will be outlined and signed for extenuating circumstances.
