"We have loved Fort St. Veterinarian ever since we took our first puppy to see their founding vet (shoutout to Dr. B.!) over 15 years ago, and the quality of service we receive today is still just as great as it was back then. Our most recent appointment was an unexpected same-day visit for our cat and I felt completely at ease booking with Dr. Jones knowing that Dr. Banks was in surgery that day. It was also a particularly busy day in the office and one of the techs voluntarily skipped her lunch to continue assisting with patients. (Thanks for going the extra mile, Rachel W.!) We have never felt rushed during an exam and our questions have always been answered to our satisfaction. I appreciate the follow up calls from the staff after an appointment, too. Just knowing they care that meds were being tolerated and Jack was doing better meant a lot! You may be able to find lower-cost care elsewhere, but it will not come with the same satisfaction and peace of mind that Fort Street Vet consistently provides for your fur babies! Benson, Jack and Nina all give FSV 4 paws up!"
